Platform
The whole operation, in the order it happens.
Nine linked processes, from the first customer conversation to the signed report and the billing proposal. They all write to the same eighty-table data model, so a flight log updates airframe hours, a defect grounds an aircraft, and a grounding blocks a dispatch — without anyone being told to remember.
The operating process
Nine processes, running on one record.
Not a menu of features — this is the order the work happens in, and each stage hands the next one everything it needs.
CRM, sites and sales pipeline
Every mission starts with a customer. Their sites, installations and assets are held as durable records — GPS coordinates, hazard notes, access constraints, attachments — and the pipeline tracks each opportunity through its stages from first lead to signed contract, work order and, at the end, a billing proposal handed to your accounting software. One thread, no re-keying.
Approval and authority governance
Operational approvals are a project in their own right. This is where that effort is tracked: controlled documents authored and versioned in-app, submission packages assembled from records you already hold, and every exchange with the national aviation authority logged — what was sent, when, by whom, and what came back.
Operations — preparation to execution
A Flight Director prepares the mission; the Remote Pilot in Command executes it. The eight-phase digital checklist ensures the mission is flown to procedure rather than from memory, and every event along the way — each tick, declaration, Go/No-Go, flight leg and debrief — is written to the central database as it happens.
Safety Management System
The process by which the operation stays safe. Every incident and occurrence is recorded on a Just Culture footing, formally investigated, tracked through corrective action, and reported to the authority where reporting is mandatory. Safety performance indicators are charted against targets, with breach alerts raised automatically.
Fleet and equipment maintenance
Every piece of equipment is tracked and maintained: issuance to a crew member, return, usage accrued from finished flights, and each maintenance event performed against it. A threshold crossing or a logged defect grounds the asset; completing the maintenance clears it and notifies the affected pilot.
Document Vault and audit trail
The single place a controlled document lives, from issue to replacement. Licences, insurance, permits, manuals and SOPs carry version history and successor chains, expire on a traffic-light schedule, and attach to the record they govern — a crew certification, an airframe, a work order. Alongside it runs the system-wide audit trail: every create, update and delete across every module, attributed to the user who made it, searchable and filterable — so a document is never silently lost and a change is never unaccounted for.
Reporting and document generation
The point at which work becomes evidence. Over twenty report types are produced from live records through your own templates and letterhead, each with a defined required-signature slot, each signed copy vaulted as a locked record — and bundled into the package a customer or a regulator actually asked for.
Crew, training and knowledge repository
Keeping people qualified and the operation's learning in one place: roster, licences, certifications and recurrent training linked to their supporting vault documents and flagged before they lapse, alongside training logs, reference material and post-mission lessons learned.
Operational map
The geographic reality check running through planning and dispatch: country-specific airspace and geozone overlays from national authority data, curated NOTAM entries, live national weather scored against the mission's own limits, offline tile packs, and a containment engine returning Permitted, Authorisation Required or Prohibited.
The dashboard every role opens on
Today's missions, active work orders, recent flight logs, safety breach alerts, document expiries, open actions and follow-ups due — aggregated live from every module.
