Offline field operations
No signal is the normal case.
Wind farms, quarries, rail corridors, offshore approaches. The tablet runs a full local database and never waits on a network — not to open a checklist, not to sign a declaration, not to close a mission.
Pair once, then forget about it
A one-time QR exchange binds a tablet to its pilot's workstation. From then on, whenever the two share a local network they reconcile in both directions: reference data and assigned missions down, checklist entries, flight logs, risk assessments, IMSAFE declarations, Go/No-Go decisions and debriefs back up.
Every relayed write is stamped with the pilot's own verified identity — never the identity of whoever is logged into the office PC.
The mission checklist, phase by phase
Designed so that every small detail is accounted for and recorded in the database. A fixed, standard-operating-procedure-based sequence, with each phase gating the next — so even an inexperienced pilot performs to the same standard of operations.

AI Copilot
Hands on the controls, eyes on the aircraft.
Through every critical phase of flight, the Copilot reads each checklist item aloud and listens for the pilot's spoken response. Accept an item, ask for it again, or hold the sequence — without taking a hand off the controller or looking down at a tablet.
A spoken acceptance writes exactly the same CHECKLIST_ITEM_EVENTS record a tap would have written — same procedure, same step, same signed-in user, same millisecond timestamp — with only the input method distinguishing it.
Speech recognition and synthesis run on the device. No connectivity, no cloud speech service, no audio leaving the tablet.

Recorded
Critical phases only
Active through pre-flight, pre-takeoff, flight operations and post-flight — silent everywhere else.
Confirm, repeat, hold
A small, fixed command set with read-back confirmation. Ambiguous audio is never treated as an acceptance.
Never a gate-breaker
The Copilot can advance a checklist; it cannot skip an item, override a No-Go, or sign a declaration on the pilot's behalf.
On-device
Works with the headset you already fly with, in wind, with no signal. Tap-only mode remains available at any time.
Offline map tiles
Pre-packed tile sets so the operational map, geozones and containment check work with no connectivity at all.
Weather verdict
Live national meteorological data scored against the mission's own predefined limits, before the crew leaves the ground.
Signatures on glass
IMSAFE declarations and debriefs signed on the tablet, vaulted as locked records the moment they sync.
Sunlight-legible
Full-contrast ink, 48dp touch targets, and no grey-on-grey — designed to be read on a bright day with gloves on.
